WHY LEMON WATER FOR WEIGHT LOSS?


Drinking adequate amounts of water helps to temporarily increase the number of calories that you burn.When you add fresh lemon water, you increase the weight loss advantages. Lemons help reduce and prevent weight gain in a variety of ways by suppressing body fat accumulation. They may also increase metabolism. I am telling you, your good friend for weight loss is lemon water.



Lemons also have many other benefits that support overall health and wellness, including supporting your heart and digestive health and lowering your risk of cancer.

LEMON WATER FOR WEIGHT LOSS

Day 1: Mix together one squeezed lemon with a cup of water and drink right when you get up (before intake something else).

Day 2: Mix together 2 squeezed lemons and 2 cups of water.
Add 1 tsp honey for taste. Drink right after you wake up.

Day 3: Mix together 3 squeezed lemons with 3 cups of water and a bit honey.
Drink half very first thing within the morning and also the other half just before lunch.

Day 4: Mix together four squeezed lemons with four cups of water and a bit honey.
Consume it 3 times each day, in the morning right after you wake up, before lunch and in the evening before going to bed.

Day 5: Mix together 5 squeezed lemons with 5 cups of water and honey.
Drink it 3 times similar to the day before (but a lot of every serving).

Day 6: Mix together six juiced lemons with six cups of water and a bit honey.
Consume the mixture three times a day before meals.

Day 7: Mix together 3 juiced lemons and ten cups of water.
Consume it three times a day before meals.

Day 8: Mix together six squeezed lemons with six cups of water.
Consume it three times a day before meals.

Day 9: Mix together five squeezed lemons with five cups of water and honey.
Drink it three times as before.

Day 10: Mix together four squeezed lemons with four cups of water and a bit honey.
Consume it three times a day as before.

Day 11: Squeeze three lemons and blend the juice with three cups of water.
Add a teaspoon of honey and drink it double on a daily basis.

Day 12:  Mix juice from a pair of lemons with a pair of cups of water and drink it within the morning before breakfast.

Day 13: Drink juice from 1 lemon and 1 cup of water.

Day 14: Prepare a drink from three lemons and ten cups of water.
Also, add a tablespoon of honey before you drink it.

And that's it! After you've finished the 14 days, I recommend drinking one glass of lemon water every morning indefinitely.
